Grow what’s good.

I'm running for FUN Township Trustee — the office that helps your neighbors pay rent, keep the lights on, and stay housed when things get hard.

Who I am

I bake bread for my neighbors and set up crockpots in the driveway. I volunteer with Food Not Bombs, show up for Johnson County Democrats, and run a pay-what-you-can massage and yoga practice in Franklin because access to care shouldn't depend on income.

That's not a campaign promise. It's just how I live.

What is the trustee office?

The FUN Township Trustee office is there for your neighbors when things get hard — help with rent, utilities, groceries, clothing, and burial costs when there's nothing left. It's not a big flashy office. It's the one that answers the phone in January when the heat gets shut off.

I already do this work informally. The office is a way to do it with the full resources of the township behind me.

Why am I running?

The township trustee's office has been under the same leadership for twelve years. Last spring, the deputy trustee and entire office staff resigned. I'm not running against anyone. I'm running because this community deserves an office that's already woven into the fabric of daily life — not one people only find when they're in crisis.
